Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns: We accept returns within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. After 30 days since the date of transaction, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging. It should also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at info@hvacparts.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You may choose the shipping method that suits you best. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at info@hvacparts.ca. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for such cases.
6. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing procedures.
